Dominika (Dee) Stoppa
Wellbeing Educator & Creative | Multi-Award-Winning Entrepreneur
I’m Dominika Stoppa, an educator, speaker, and creative professional with a background in wellbeing, leadership, and visual storytelling.
I’m currently building InnLyte, a wellbeing-focused startup launching in 2026. Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and creativity, InnLyte is designed to support individuals and organisations in navigating change, improving clarity, and building long-term resilience. I recently completed a postgraduate diploma in Workplace Wellness at Trinity Business School and am awaiting the outcome of my application to the New Frontiers Programme to support the next phase of development.
Alongside this work, I specialise in photography and visual storytelling for makers, artists, and professionals—helping people express their values, work, and identity with authenticity and clarity. I also create hand-carved linocut prints as a mindful, tactile way to unwind and stay connected to the creative process.
I’m the co-creator of the Creativity for Wellbeing Workbook in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland, combining arts and psychology to support mental health and resilience. A professional member of Visual Artists Ireland. I’ve been recognised nationally for my work and innovation, including being named National Businesswoman of the Year 2020.
