Artist & Creativity for Wellbeing Educator

Dee Stoppa is a multidisciplinary visual artist, workshop facilitator, entrepreneur, and the founder of InnLyte, a transformative startup set to launch in September 2025.

InnLyte is driven by the mission to spark creativity and personal growth by helping individuals reconnect with their innate ability to create, play, and experiment. With a focus on research-backed methods, InnLyte aims to reduce stress, foster resilience, and empower individuals, workplaces, and communities to embrace imperfection and thrive.

In addition to her work with InnLyte, Dee creates hand-carved linocut prints to unwind, available through her Etsy shop.

She currently lives and works in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland.
